About us

NBT Soccer was built to give local players a place to grow without families needing to leave their community to find quality coaching and real opportunity. Our goal is to create an environment where players are supported, challenged, and developed at every stage of their journey.

Since our founding, we have remained committed to serving our community by providing accessible, development-focused programs that prioritize long-term growth over short-term results.

We believe soccer can be more than a game. When led intentionally, it becomes a powerful environment for learning, growth, accountability, and meaningful relationships – both on and off the field.

Our Mission

Next Big Thing Soccer exists to develop confident players, strong people, and a connected local community by using soccer as a tool for development, opportunity, and connection.

“When I was a youth player, I wanted to learn from high level players and coaches. With this academy, we can offer those pathways to the next generation of players. We keep our programs affordable with the hope to offer more soccer opportunities to our community"

NBT Founder, Matthew Mozynski had an opportunity to train with the Argentina National team. Can you spot Messi?!
