HIGH INTENSITY group workouts! Fit Performance is focused on improving sports performance, increasing speed, power, and strength. Sessions are high interval workouts tailored for speed, agility, flexibility, and strength training. Our coaches challenge the players in an intense workout while educating on exercise form and good habits.
